Introduction:-

Complying with various TDS provisions is a tedious process. The person
deducting tax is under obligation to comply with various procedures and is
subject to rigorous penalty or prosecution in certain cases if there is any
failure to comply with these procedures.

Before making any payment - either for domestic or international transactions
